The venue was small but the stakes where high when Debuting Shogun Gracie met ECM's first ever Champion Kalle Anka. Kalle entering the event undefeated in 3 fights holding the Extreme Championship MMA Light Heavyweight belt looked to roll past the debuting Gracie. In a tale of unexpected events fate would have it different this night when Gracie did the unthinkable and tapped out Anka with a Anaconda Choke in the 1st round. Gracie displayed great skills taking out the talented Anka and this one goes down in the books as an instant classic!
